In 1921, the Air Transport and Aerial Photography department was founded at Junkers in Dessau. This developed into Junkers Luftverkehrs AG. In January 1926, this was merged with the airline Deutscher Aero Lloyd to form Deutsche Luft Hansa.
The special stations DQ100JL and DR100JL commemorate this event. The club stations of the Flieger-Funk-Runde DA0FFR, DB0FFR, DF0FFR and DK0FFR support the team from Dessau in awarding points for the short-term diploma. will be heard more frequently on the bands with some other stations from 01.03.2021 and will distribute points for a new short-term diploma.
